3. What is the difference between Gold and Platinum?
Gold offers a 72-hour turnaround and includes one round of edits if needed. Platinum offers a faster 48-hour turnaround and includes two rounds of edits and feedback if needed.
4. What information do I need to provide?
For career statements or job applications, please provide your CV, the job description, and any application questions. For academic statements, please provide your education or work background, course details and why you are interested in the course.
5. Do you guarantee that my application will be successful?
No. The service helps you present your experience, skills, and goals clearly and professionally, but it cannot guarantee admission, interview selection, or job success.
6. Will the statement still sound like me?
Yes. The aim is to keep the final statement honest, personal, and accurate. Your own experience, background and goals remain central to the writing.
7. Can I request changes after receiving the work?
Yes, depending on your package. Gold includes one round of edits and Platinum includes two rounds of edits, if needed. Silver focuses on improving the draft you provide.
8. Are the prices based on word count?
Yes. Prices are based on whether the work is for 500 words or 1,000 words, as shown under each service package. For word counts outside of the 500- or 1,000-words requirement, send an email with the required word count and a reply will be sent to the exact cost that it would entail.

Yes. Career packages support job applications, career statements, and professional applications. Academic packages support personal statements for undergraduate, postgraduate, and UCAS-related applications where applicable.
10. Should I review the final statement before submitting it?
Yes. You should always review the final version before submission to make sure it is accurate, truthful, and fully reflects your own experience.
Payment Terms
Payment before work begins: Full payment is required before any work starts. This confirms your booking and allows the agreed turnaround time to begin.
Accepted payment methods: Payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal. Payment details will be provided once the service and package have been confirmed.
Turnaround time: The turnaround time starts only after payment has been received and all required information has been provided, including your CV, job description, application questions, course details, or draft, depending on the service chosen.
Edits and feedback: Any included edits must relate to the original information provided. New job roles, new course choices, or major changes to the original brief may require an additional fee.
Refunds: As this is a personalised writing and editing service, refunds are not normally available once work has started. If the service cannot be completed for any reason, this will be discussed fairly.
